At Buuttii, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated information, you can submit a request by following the simple process below.

What Happens to Your Data

When your deletion request is processed, we will permanently remove the following data from our systems. Certain records may be retained as required by law.

Processing Timeline

Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity and begin processing the deletion. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

How to Submit Your Request

Option 1: Instant In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can delete your account instantly from the Buuttii mobile application:

  1. Open the Buuttii App on your device
  2. Go to the Profile / Settings section
  3. Tap on Delete Account and confirm the prompt
Option 2: Deletion via Support Email

Alternatively, you can request manual account deletion from our support team:

  1. Compose an email to contact@buuttii.com
  2. Set the subject line to "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include your registered mobile number in the email body
